Description
This invoice is for clients who have completed the full $1,000 reservation process — either through two $500 payments (Master Reservation + Litter Commitment) or a single $1,000 Litter Reservation as a new buyer. If you’re not sure which final balance applies to you, check your reservation confirmation or contact Kim.
What this covers:

When this is due: The final balance is due when your puppy reaches 12 weeks of age. Kim will send this invoice directly — please do not pay before receiving it.
What happens after payment: Once your final balance is received and your contract is signed through Breeder Cloud Pro, Kim will coordinate your pickup date or shipping arrangements and send your complete go-home package — medical records, preparation guide, and everything you need for day one.
Refund policy: All sales are final once final payment is made, except for health issues covered under our two-year health guarantee or the 72-hour vet exam period.
Payment processing: A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is added automatically for card payments.
