Description
This invoice is for clients who paid a single $500 reservation fee under our legacy puppy reservation or master reservation system. If you’re not sure which system you’re on, check your original reservation confirmation email or contact Kim.
What this covers: This is your remaining balance to complete the purchase of your Prancing Pony Farm Maremma puppy:

When this is due: The final balance is due when your puppy reaches 12 weeks of age. Kim will send this invoice directly — please do not pay before receiving it.
What happens after payment: Once your final balance is received and your contract is signed through Breeder Cloud Pro, Kim will coordinate your pickup date or shipping arrangements and send your complete go-home package — medical records, preparation guide, and everything you need for day one.
Refund policy: All sales are final once final payment is made, except for health issues covered under our two-year health guarantee or the 72-hour vet exam period.
Payment processing: A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is added automatically for card payments.
