The DIAL course is the only item delivered immediately. Everything else — waived shipping fees, harness and leash and gift bag — is noted in your file and applied when the time comes.

For clients receiving their dog via air or ground transport.

Within 24–48 hours of your reservation being confirmed, you’ll receive access to the DIAL course. Shipping clients often have more lead time before their dog arrives — the DIAL course is something you can work through while you wait, so you’re ready from day one. (1 per client)
✅ Shipping Coordination Fee — Waived ($100 value)
This fee covers the hours I spend researching airline or ground shipping routes, booking flights or ground transportation, coordinating layover kennels, preparing documentation, and managing logistics for your dog’s transport, as well as transportation and handling of the vet visit for the CVI appointment. It’s a real service that takes real time — and it’s yours at no charge when you reserve during this offer window. (1 per client)
✅ Airport Delivery Fee — Waived ($100 per dog value)
Getting your dog from the farm to Fresno Yosemite International Airport means an early-morning trip (we’re talking 4 AM check-ins for 6 AM departures), a one-hour drive (each way), parking fees, plus all the handling, crating, and check-in coordination that goes with it. That fee — $100 per dog — is waived entirely for clients who reserve now. (1 per dog)

The $500 reservation fee is required per dog and is non-refundable per our standard reservation policies. The DIAL course is delivered via a single-use link issued after bonus claim is confirmed. All physical products and waived fees are applied at the time of service (pick-up or shipping) and require a completed, active reservation. If a reservation is cancelled for any reason, remaining bonus items are forfeited.
