This system is a secure, industry-standard platform used by professional breeders nationwide. You’ll receive an email invitation to access the system, with all the information you need to complete your documentation and access your puppy’s records.

Accessing & Signing Your Digital Puppy Contract

Your puppy contract is the final step before your Maremma can leave our farm. Here’s what to expect and how to complete it:

Timeline: We send your contract before your scheduled pickup or shipping date. This gives you time to review the terms, ask questions, and sign at your convenience—but remember, your puppy cannot be picked up or shipped until the contract is fully executed.

What to expect:

1. Email delivery: You’ll receive an email from Breeder Cloud Pro with your contract
2. Easy review: The contract opens in your browser—no special software needed
3. Digital signature: A Simple electronic signature process takes just minutes
4. Your copy: You can download a completed copy for your records

Important contract details:

• Review carefully: The contract includes your puppy’s information, our health guarantee, and important terms
• Ask questions: Contact us before signing if anything is unclear
• Required for departure: Puppies cannot leave until contracts are signed—no exceptions
• Accurate information: Ensure all details (your name, address, contact information) are correct
• Registration: We use your contract information for MSCA registration paperwork

Tips to ensure you receive your contract:

Add kim@prancingponyfarm.com to your contacts. This prevents our emails from going to spam and ensures you receive time-sensitive communications.

Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email within 24 hours. Contract emails sometimes get filtered incorrectly. If you find our email in spam, mark it as “not spam” to receive future communications.

Respond promptly, as puppies cannot be shipped or picked up until the contract is signed. We typically send the contract a few days to a week or two before departure, depending on your pickup/shipping timeline, but delays in signing can delay your puppy’s homecoming. Review and sign within 24 hours of receipt.

Accessing Your Puppy’s Medical Records

Alongside your contract, we’ll send an invitation to access your puppy’s health records through the Pet Portal. This system provides complete medical documentation you can share with your veterinarian and download for your records.

Vaccination history

• Complete vaccine schedule with dates and products used

Parasite prevention log

• Deworming schedule and products used
• Dates and dosages administered

Microchip documentation and dog info

• Microchip number and registration information
• Birthdate and parents info

Common issues and solutions:

“I never received the contract email.”

• Check spam/junk folders thoroughly
• Verify the email address you provided is correct
• Contact us, and we can resend immediately

“The link in the email won’t work.”

• Try a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Disable browser pop-up blockers and VPNs temporarily (VPNs are notorious for blocking the software.)
• Try from a different device (computer vs. phone)

“I’m having trouble with the signature.”

• Most contracts accept typed signatures
• You can also sign with a mouse or touchscreen
• Email us if you need help

“I need to make changes to the information in the contract.”

• Contact us immediately—don’t sign if the information is incorrect
• We can update and resend a corrected contract
