Professional airport delivery service for your Maremma’s commercial flight. This service ensures your dog arrives at the airport properly prepared, on time, and checked in correctly for safe travel.
What This Service Includes:
✓ Delivery to our veterinarian for the CVI appointment, usually a 1-2 hour process
✓ Transportation to Fresno Yosemite International Airport (1+ hour drive each way, usually at 4 AM for 7 AM flights)
✓ Professional handling and final crating with all required labels and documentation
✓ Airline cargo check-in coordination, including weight verification and ticket processing (this is a 1-2 hour process)
✓ Final health and comfort assessment before your dog boards
✓ Departure confirmation sent to you once the flight is confirmed
✓ Phone support during your pickup if you have questions at the destination airport
Why We Charge Per Dog:
Single dogs can be safely transported and checked in by one handler. Multiple dogs require two people for safe handling, additional vehicle space, extra coordination time at the airport, and extended check-in processing. Each dog receives individual attention and care throughout the delivery process.
What You’ll Need to Have Ready:
- Shipping coordination completed and booked (done by us if you utilize our Airline Coordination Service)
- Travel crate purchased and prepared (available in our online store, assembly and prep included in purchase price)
- CVI health certificate obtained (within 10-day validity window)
- Payment method ready for airline charges on the delivery morning
- Availability by phone on travel day
Note: This service also includes transportation of your Maremma to our veterinarian for the required CVI examination (you set up your account with our vet and pay her directly).
